Wrong Product Received:
When you get a product other than what was ordered, we will assume full liability for the mistake and pay for the shipping cost in its entirety.

In case your observation shows any defects or damages in the flooring materials upon delivery, the quality assurance department will look into the matter before installation.
The Products Should be in Original Form and Unused:
The garage flooring items can be returned if you have a change of mind and don’t like the colors or pattern but the condition should be original.
No Return and No Refund Conditions
The following circumstances would mean that refunds or returns will not be allowed:
Garage Flooring Customization:
Customized flooring will not be returnable except for defects in quality.
Already Claimed Discount Offers:
If customers bought the flooring items under promotional deals, it cannot be claimed for return or refund without any genuine issue mentioned above.
Used/Fully Installed Floorings:
After installation or use, the floorings cannot be returned or refunded.
Return and Replacement Policy Procedure

We will assess your query and may ask for the reason you claimed refund, return or replacement.
Step 3: Approval and Authorization
In case your query qualifies according to our policy guidelines, a return authorization will be issued to you.
Refund Policy and Timing
- Approval of a refund will take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days.
- A replacement can be made available within a few business days if products are available.
- In case of a wrong order on our part, all charges related to the transaction shall be paid by us.
- However, if there is a return due to your personal preference, the shipping cost would not be reimbursed.
