It should be noted that the orders which are being processed or manufactured cannot be cancelled since they are produced according to the customer’s request.
Return Qualification Criteria
A return or replacement can be made in the following cases:

- The material received does not match the confirmed order description.

- Installation problems are experienced as a result of our mistake.

In case of any problems with delivered products or installations, the customers should contact us immediately after delivery or installation. Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be issued via the same payment method the customers used to make a purchase. The period of time it takes to process it depends on the banks’ and payment service provider’s policies. The customers will be informed about that after banking procedural finalization.
